Use compose.dev.yaml and compose.prod.yaml with fixed Go cache mounts, block sudo make dev, build Air outside app/tmp for rootless Docker, soften English spam checks, and simplify contact error copy.

Stage raw files in upload/, publish with make sync-media/publish, and polish the lightbox: autoplay, remembered volume, Escape to close, and image/video icons without poster or caption clutter.

This updates gallery handling to support video playback with generated poster thumbnails, adds authenticated admin upload/delete flows, and improves dev/runtime behavior including reliable thumbnail generation and media-safe response handling.

Single-page site with gallery by album and event, contact form over SMTP,
Docker dev/prod setup, and on-server image derivatives. Gallery photos stay
local (app/images/ is gitignored).
