Jimmy	2382ef16a1	refactor(api): migrate server to fastapi and uvicorn ... Replace the Microdot-only entrypoint with a CombinedASGI app that handles FastAPI routes (audio API, websocket, dev live-reload) while delegating the rest to Microdot.
