Joerg Wunsch f80f51f6a9 Change the second parameter of the ser_open method from "baud" into a 
"union pinfo", so the USB parameters can be passed without hacks.

Joerg Wunsch 9250b467f7 libusb-win32 recently changed the name of their header file from usb.h 
to lusb0_usb.h (for whatever reason).  Autoprobe for the filename
during configure, and include whatever is appropriate.

Joerg Wunsch fda14b69ec Fix warnings. 
* ser_avrdoper.c: add <stdlib.h> so exit() is declared.
* usbtiny.c (usbtiny_open): provide an initializer to a
"may be used uninitialized" variable (since GCC could not
fully detect the logic behind).

	  serial_device.set_dtr_rts implementations.

* ser_avrdoper.c (convertUniToAscii): when encountering a UTF-16
character that cannot be converted to ASCII, increment the UTF-16
pointer anyway when proceeding.

Joerg Wunsch 67d89d256e * configure.ac (AC_INIT): Bump version to 5.3.1. 
* avrdude.conf.in (frank-stk200): Fix syntax error.
* ser_avrdoper.c: Make #ifdef for Win32/libhid
consistent with the initial check: use the HID driver
only iff found, otherwise use libusb.
