Mega-commit to bring in memory tagging.
Each memory image byte is now tagged as it's being read from a file. Only bytes read from a file will be written or verified (modulo page granularity requirements). git-svn-id: svn://svn.savannah.nongnu.org/avrdude/trunk@1007 81a1dc3b-b13d-400b-aceb-764788c761c2
