main.c, pgm.c, pgm.h: Add the -x option to pass extended parameters to

the programmer backend.

jtagmkII.c: Implement the extended parameter jtagchain=
to support JTAG daisy-chains.

avrdude.1, doc/avrdude.texi: Document all of the above.
