Get rid of the verbose printing of individual file CVS version ids.
This was intended to be used for identifying code in the field for incoming bug reports, but I've never really found it all that useful. git-svn-id: svn://svn.savannah.nongnu.org/avrdude/trunk/avrdude@171 81a1dc3b-b13d-400b-aceb-764788c761c2
