Drop the LISTSZ define as well as the check for it in lcreat(). They
were not needed at all, and got in the way when compiling on a 64-bit host OS. Suggested by: Brian S. Dean git-svn-id: svn://svn.savannah.nongnu.org/avrdude/trunk/avrdude@413 81a1dc3b-b13d-400b-aceb-764788c761c2
